Personal Makeup Class on Saturday, 8 April 2006

 Well, hello there fellow worshippers of my Fotopages.... ...I've been receiving enquiries on personal makeup class. I've conducted many, many personal makeup classes on appointment basis previously, however this time around I'm gonna try to announce this publicly and see how far is the turnout this time...(nak test ada sambutan ke tak...kalau ada sambutan yang terlalu menggalakkan i stop announce lah....  )...The class, is basically personal makeup class whereby you have to bring your own makeup items, bring along whatever things that you have, sama ada set you cukup ke, tak cukup ke bawak aje laaa...brand apa sekali pun I tak peduliksss....tak ada alat solek pun tak apa, datang aje lahhh...The purpose of this class is to explain to you the fundamentals of makeup and I basically guide you (yes, you have to practice on your own under my watchful eyes... ) on how you should wear them..so diulangi sekali lagi, adalah kelas mengajar cara-cara menyolek diri anda sendiri...Kelas sebegini adalah tertutup dan bagus untuk anda di luar sana yang ada atau tiada barang2 makeup tetapi ingin mempelajari cara-cara pemakaiannya dengan betul... I will give some lectures (...hmm...lectures??...)..ok, more like, a talk on makeup...No notes will be given, you have to scribble them on your own (selalunya note yang ditulis sendiri lebih mudah difahami)...Jangkamasa adalah selama 2-3 jam...cukup sangat untuk I bercakap pot-pet-pot-pet dan anda menyolek diri anda sendiri!!.... ....I also don't sell any specific makeup brands, but as always my students are welcome to go for a one-time shopping trip to purchase M.A.C makeup items with me at discounted price....
The fee is only RM 40.00.
Limited to the first 6 students only. (earlier I quoted 10, I think 6 orang dah sufficient)

After akad nikah, the following day is the reception of Herza (Eva) and Iskandar. The venue of these lovebirds' reception is at Kelana Jaya Seafood, but the makeup process (do I really have to refer it as process??  hmmm...) took place at Eastin Hotel, Petalling Jaya. The colour theme is purple. (lovely, purple too...) Eva wanted her whole look to be glowing and vibrant and her choice of hairstyling followed one of Charlize Theron's (did I get her name right??...pelakon tu berasal dari Afrika, tapi lakonannya mantap di Amerika... ) hairdo as in one of the hairstyling magazine which she had shown to me...Eva dislikes the formal, uptight hairdo, but rather prefers them with soft curls for a more romantic look...sighhhh  ...something which not all brides fancy this look, as the trend nowadays has shifted to the more simple and classic buns for reception..Anyway, enjoy this entry and congratulations to Herza (Eva) and Iskandar... Selamat Pengantin Baru...

..It took quite sometime for me to upload this entry.. Firstly because the usual problem of getting a reliable service from the Internet service provider (I know...lame excuse..tapi betul tau...  )...Secondly there were so many pix to choose from coz there are too many of them...  ...Anyway, today's entry commemorate the solemnization of Herza (fondly known as Eva..) and Iskandar. The akad nikah took place in a mosque in Bandar Tun Razak...The makeup process took place at Eva's house in Taman Connaught, Cheras (therefore the mosque was very much nearby to her house..) The colour theme is white, but her makeup colour theme is pinkish..A very good colour scheme choice indeed...Eva looked absolutely radiant and fresh , just like how a blushing bride should be... A small "kenduri makan-makan" followed afterwards...What I liked about this wedding was that it was a small, but meaningful function and the atmosphere was rather calm, unlike the many "kecoh and meriah" wedding which I have attended previously...

Check out these two designs of LAMPE BERGER aromatheraphy diffusers! Currently I have these two models of LAMPE BERGER aromatheraphy diffusers at home and sometimes I would bring any of these two during my makeup shoots/sessions too...  Smells great!! Beats any other air-purifier available in the market.... One diffuser is more than enough to make a room smelling absolutely gorgeous. I even recommend it to brides-to-be in case they want to use it to make their "bilik Pengantin" left with wonderful, lingering smell, especially if the room is fitted with air-conditioner, this diffuser sure does many wonders...(nowadays the diffusers are widely use to replace the smell of "bunga rampai")....My favourite oil for the diffuser is lavender...There are many other aromatheraphy oils for the diffusers too...I think there are 18 different oils which claims to contain certain relaxing and calming properties. Some oils are even good to aid asthma, if I'm not mistaken that one would be eucalyptus... Other aromatheraphy oils includes sandalwood, rose, green apple and mandarin orange...I can't remember all the names of the oils (as they use some weird French terms...)... Oh, did I mention these diffusers and oils are made in France?

Hehehe..akhirnya entry ini berjaya diuploadkan setelah sekian lama delay... ...The concept of this makeup is somewhat what I would called gothic laa kuttt. The model, Vivian, successfully carried this look, as if she is a pro model... Wa caya sama lu, Vivian..Lihatlah dunia, aksi-aksi Vivian yang telah ditapis, dan sesuai ditonton oleh semua pihak...

Dah keluar announcement promotion hand bouquet, ramai la pulak yang bertanya "You ada jual hand bouquet" jugak ke?..Well, yesterday I managed to find a reliable supplier of fresh flowers, henceforth I hereby would like to announce that I'm selling BRIDAL FRESH FLOWERS HAND BOUQUETS...Samples of bouquets are as my earlier entry below, except that you get to pick the choice of flowers and colours of your choice..Common flowers like gerberas, lilies, tiger lilies, star gazers, irises, carnations and roses hand bouquets are at a flat rate of RM110/bouquet inclusive of deliveries (yes, inclusive of deliveries straight to your house)...All hand bouquets come with other flowers compliments for example, statices, baby's breaths, yellow peacocks, white peacocks etc. and organza ribbon....
To avoid dissapointment, please call/sms me at 013 361 2635 and place your order at least (1) one-day in advance (for common flowers)..Orders for imported flowers must be received at least (2) two-days in advance. to enable order processing...Limited delivery areas to PJ, KL, Serdang, Bangi, Seri Kembangan, Balakong, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Puchong and Shah Alam only. Other areas, depending on case-to-case basis...

I don't normally held a promotion, but since my diary for July 2006 is still free (well, not really, but since my birthday is in July...so, I'm feeling a wee bit generous this time around lah )....Engage to my EXCEPTIONAL MAKEUP services for a minimum of two (2) sessions or more, and I will throw in a complimentary ONE (1) fresh flower bouquet (the colours of the flowers will match your outfit)...The choice of the type of flowers will be determined by me...but don't worry, I've got good taste so your fresh flower bouquet won't be neither too big nor too small.... These pictures are samples of the fresh flower hand bouquet and your bouquet might not be exactly the same as illustrated below....The value of the fresh flower hand bouquet is somewhere between RM100 to RM150 depending on the choice of flowers that I pick... (Earlier I quoted RM150-RM250 but yesterday I managed to strike a deal with another florist...hehehe )

...Malu actually nak announce this service, but since there are so many people out there asking, "You boleh buat kan hantaran jugak ke?"...so..ok, lah...ok, laahhhh today I would like to publicly announce that I'm offering "perkhidmatan membuat hantaran oleh Eleena" ...I don't offer this service very often, so whoever out there who are genuinely interested can email me personally at eleena.lamat@gmail.com and I will reply to you soonest. Since this is a very personalized service, rest assured that there will be no duplication of "hantaran" design. Basically, this is how my service goes:
1. State your budget to spend on "bahan-bahan" for the "hantaran"
2. Upon agreement of you and me on the consultation of the details and concept of the "hantaran", you and I will go on a shopping spree to buy the "bahan-bahan" untuk membuat hantaran. "Bahan-bahan" refers to stuff like glue, ribbons, polysterines, flowers, laces, etc. We will go together to various shops in KL to buy the items. I only pick the exact items that I will need and, we will calculate the cost based on your budget and you will pay for all the "bahan-bahan" at the cashier counter.
3. You will provide the essential items for the "hantaran" at your own cost and preference and hand it over to me to complete the hantaran. Examples are perfumes, chocolates, towels, clothes, etc.
4. I need at least 3 months to complete the "hantaran". This is basically an estimated time. I will try my best to complete them soonest.
5. You will come over to collect your "hantaran" when everything is ready.
6. Balance or unused "bahan-bahan" membuat "hantaran" will be returned back to you.
Service charges are as follows:
RM 80.00 for each "dulang hantaran" multiply by the number of "dulang hantaran" that you want me to make
RM100.00 for one-time shopping spree to purchase "bahan-bahan" for your hantaran
Additional RM 50.00 if you want me to deliver all ready-made barang-barang hantaran to your house
I will upload samples of the previous "hantaran" which I've made...Again, I must stress here that this is a very personalize service, I don't do it often, but if you're genuinely interested, please email, sms or call me personally...
